
Workday Organisational Change & Training Associate Consultant (entry level) London, England
Job description
- Assist Lead Organizational Change & Training Consultants in developing communications, training, and education materials.
- Assist in delivering customer-facing training.
- Participate in and support change management workshops and workstream meetings.
- Perform change management tasks with direction and oversight from seasoned consultants.
- Apply Collaborative Solutions’ change management and training methodology to projects on which they are assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Technology Education and Training, or related fields.
- May also have relevant work experience in a student recruiting / admissions office, student records office, financial aid office or student financials office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation & visual design acuity.
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple assignments at once.
- Basic Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Become Workday certified via classroom training, self-study, and project work
- Travel to customer site when needed.
- Candidates have the option of working remotely in the UK or Ireland, or can opt to live near our London office and have the option to work remotely or go into the office with other Collabies.
