Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Work from Home Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the motorhome industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and preferably possess knowledge and experience within the motorhome industry. This is a part-time position, initially requiring 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Sales Expertise: Utilise your proven sales skills to identify and engage potential customers within the motorhome industry. Drive sales by presenting our products and services persuasively, addressing customer queries, and overcoming objections.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our motorhome products and services. Educate customers about the features and benefits, highlighting how they meet the customers' specific needs and preferences.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, promoting customer loyalty and retention.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Take initiative in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands. Use this knowledge to adapt sales techniques and propose improvements to product offerings.
Work from Home Setup: Operate effectively in a remote work environment. Utilise your computer, headset, or phone to communicate with clients and the team seamlessly.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline status. Generate regular reports for management review.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Motorhome Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with the motorhome or RV industry is advantageous. Knowledge of motorhome features, accessories, and customer preferences will be highly valued.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and articulate product information.
Self-Motivated: Possess a high level of self-discipline and self-motivation to thrive in a work-from-home environment.
Organised and Time Management: Effective organisational skills to manage leads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Technical Requirements: Must have access to a reliable computer and a high-quality headset or phone for communication purposes.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in sales strategies, product offerings, and market conditions.
Customer-Centric Approach: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs to deliver personalised solutions.
