Woodwork /Production Assistant
Based at: Broxburn, EH52 5NN
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

Job Role:
We are looking for someone motivated and committed to join our team as a Woodwork/ Production assistant. You will assist the Production Managers on the production floor during the manufacturing of jobs through to delivery. As well as assisting with any woodwork or joinery that is needed completed.
The successful candidate will have great teamwork, communication and practical skills, excellent attention to detail, and is reliable, and able to work safely and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Assistant with the usage of workshop machinery.
· Assist with designing and constructing various projects.
· Finishing work (Painting and Varnishing Etc.)
· Basic workshop housekeeping.
· Assist with various tasks and jobs around production.
· Quality Control in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
· Ensuring that all work areas are kept in line with Health & Safety regulations and that The Evolve Group Health & Safety policy is always adhered to.
Education and experience:
· Proven woodworking apprenticeship or experience
· Experience in similar environment
· Joinery experience (desirable but not essential)
