Your role
We are looking for an Associate Technical Service Engineer for operations infrastructure support team in Derry\L'Derry. This is an entry level role which will involve working within a very dynamic operations team. The role requires a self-motivated person, with strong inter-personal skills, who is able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. There is never a dull moment, this role is working with a customer who is continually investing in new infrastructure, and every day brings a new challenge.
Successful Applicants will be required to pass appropriate Security Clearances.
Your Experience
- Knowledge of any of the following: Windows Server, Active Directory, Backups, TCP/IP
- Ability to communicate with customers and understand customer requirements.
- Strives to continually exceed customer service expectation
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
