Role Windows Systems Administrator - AKA Windows Systems Engineer 2nd line or 3rd line support
Location West End - Tottenham Court Road Tube - (1 days office 4 days home) shifts between 7am and 7pm
Salary 45 - 55 K + 6 % Pension & Private Health
We currently seek a windows engineer to join our client to support a new highly secure collarboration platform based on windows incorporating exchange, sharepoint and collboration software such as jira provided as a managed service. We seek someone with experience in 2nd line support and above with solid experience of supporting windows environments.
The role would pick up escalations from the helpdesk providing 2nd line + support working with a DevOps team that would help with more technical issues. This is a highly secure service using best practice around security great opportunity to learn what good looks like in this regard the role will involve working with SIEM and logs and highlighting security issues.
