Job description

We are currently recruiting for a talented Paralegal to join our successful Wills, Trusts Tax and Probate team in Manchester.

The role would involve assisting with subjects relating to clients affairs, estates and assets, along with helping with deputyships, managing incoming matters and diary management.

Supporting our fee earners, we are looking for those who can handle client matters, offering a high level of care, ensuring compliance with the National Practice Standards. The successful applicant will also be expected to manage financial aspects of matters, including time recording, billing and debtor management, enabling both their own personal fee budget, along with supporting the fee earners with theirs and providing legal and administrative support to fee earners on various client matters.

We are looking for someone who has some experience in or who has studied Wills, Trusts Tax and Probate law.
