The Role:

You will be providing legal and administrative assistance to two Fee Earners at our Wetherby office.

Legal work would include assisting with the undertaking of fee-earning to a good standard of accuracy, drafting legal documents, using the Probate Registry and Land Registry’s portals, legal research, and seeing clients when appropriate.

Administrative assistance would include the organisation of a diary management system, administering filing including daily filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files, dealing with correspondence and preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch, assisting with communications with clients through incoming/outgoing telephone conversations.

Although experience in an office environment is preferred, it is not essential.
