Job description
Ede and Ravenscroft supplies ceremonial robes and tailoring for all occasions, dresses the judiciary (including providing handmade wigs) and ensures that graduates from all over the world look their best at graduation ceremonies.
There is presently a vacancy for a full-time permanent Trainee Legal Wig Maker in our specialist bespoke London workroom. This department is responsible for making handmade wigs for the legal profession.
It is not essential that the successful candidate has experience in wig making as full on-the-job training will be provided. Previous handwork/sewing skills would be an advantage. The successful candidate will require an eye for detail and an ability to work to exacting standards.
