WHP Regional Employer Manager
£43,715 - £49,179 Dependant On Experience

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the role will be aimed at supporting the performance of the Work and Health Programme through the development and management of effective and productive relationships with Employers and Independent Training Providers. The post holder will manage a team on Employer Engagement Leads ( known internally as Inclusive employment consultants) to provide employer engagement support to drive performance objectives, deliver sales tools, manage accounts, support recruitment initiatives, drive participant employment outcomes and provide expert insights and guidance.

The ideal candidate must have an understanding of the local and regional labour market and employment issues within Central England and able to maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the benefit system and entitlements.

Essential:

You will have:

  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement in this discipline level
  • Relevant operational management experience
  • Ability to plan, monitor and provide effective reporting on progress of projects.
  • Experience of effective partnership working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
