As a Summer Analyst you will be part of an international team spanning across UK, US, EMEA and APAC. You will be a key partner to clients across International Corporate banking and Investment banking.
You may learn:
- An understanding of Barclays’ core relationship lending products for CIB clients
- End-to-end oversight of the transaction life cycle from origination and structuring to documentation and execution
- Core credit analysis skills
- Sustainability Linked structuring
- Holistic approach to commercial decision making (Portfolio)

Wholesale Lending at Barclays
Wholesale Lending is the centre of excellence for relationship lending across the Corporate and Investment Bank at Barclays. Responsible for product management, development, structuring and executing tailored lending solutions and portfolio management across the CIB client set.
Who we're looking for
To be considered for this programme, you must be in your penultimate year in any discipline.
We are looking for someone who can work effectively both in a team and independently. Ideally you'll be commercially and client aware. You will have the ability to digest financial information and make informative suggestions.
