Title: Wholesale Coordinator
Reporting to: Head of Sales
Rachel Jackson creates contemporary, personalised jewellery and is one of the UK’s most exciting, upcoming jewellery brands. The brand has an impressive stockist list including Liberty of London, Selfridges and John Lewis and a huge celebrity following. But they’ve just got started, they have an ambitious growth plan, and to achieve it they're on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Wholesale Coordinator with experience ideally in Fashion & Retail. The ideal candidate will have experience of working for a small, fast-paced, growing Brand.
Overview of key responsibilities:
Management of Sales Orders - uploading new sales orders to Netsuite and accepting POs. Advising of delivery lead times and out of stocks.
New Business (pre-market) - Researching and finding new, on-brand customers to add to our targets list with follow up
Market - Preparation of linesheets, organising the sales diary and any travel for new season launches.
In Season Trading - Driving in-season re-orders with existing customers through regular check-ins, analysis of sales reports and reviewing stockist websites for OOS products.
Online Partners - Ensure online representation matches range plans and review copy, images and pricing. Communicate any necessary amendments.
Selfridges Concession - Preparation of new season price lists and storage boxes for new collections.
Supplier Manuals & Guidelines - Maintenance of master guides for key accounts including preparation of delivery & invoice documents.
Working with Dispatch Team - Ownership of the Weekly Wholesale Orders planner, including weekly catch ups with Studio Manager to agree the dispatch schedule. Communication of packing and labelling requirements by stockist.
Management of VM - Maintain a visual record of VM materials by stockist, managing stock levels and reporting low stocks to RJ.
Customer Care - Responding to enquiries, stock availability & lead times, pricelists, image requests, product queries.
Faulty & Returns - Arranging credit/replacements where appropriate and making necessary stock adjustments.
What we’re looking for:
Someone with solid experience of wholesale, ideally in a fashion/accessories business and a passion for what they do. Specifics -
- Experience in Wholesale or Merchandising
- Experience using Netsuite or a similar product management system
- Solid Excel skills
- Excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to this new role
- Enjoy working in a small, fast paced business environment
- A drive for achieving targets
