Join our successful premium beauty brands. Due to continued growth and a pipeline of exciting new projects we are looking for an Assistant to support the Wholesale Manager.
We are an agile and very fast moving business looking for someone who will enjoy being part of a small, super dedicated team.
In this role you will help ensure that our wholesale business runs smoothly. Our objective is to provide excellent, accurate and timely service for our valued wholesale customers. You will work with the merchandising team and our warehouse to ensure that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
You will also provide customer service for our ecommerce customers.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Wholesale Manager:
- Process orders for national and international accounts via our 3rd party fulfilment partner
- Provide shipping updates to customers
- New Product set up and submission for clients
- Liaise with production for new product registration with international accounts
- Coordinate asset requests
- Track promotion and sale activations across UK stockists
- Process sample requests for new business and to support current stockists
- Assist with filing, creating, maintaining and updating of internal documents
Ecommerce Customer Service:
- Maintaining inbox and answering emails
- Providing customer support regarding tracking, returns etc by working closely with our 3rd party fulfilment partner
- Providing skincare advice via email (training and support provided)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the beauty industry. We will consider candidates with experience from other consumer goods or fashion backgrounds.
Skills and Knowledge:
- A good team player who has a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Experience using cloud based technology - we use Google Drive, Asana and Xero.
- Technologically competent and flexible. Able to take initiative and learn quickly.
- Excellent organisational & communication skills.
- Creative problem solver with good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a flexible team environment, collaborating with colleagues and helping/supporting them in their roles as required.
About the role:
This position is offered at 25-35 hours a week - spread across 5 days ie Monday to Friday.
Salary is £22-25K per annum full time equivalent - depending on experience.
This is a remote working role. However, we would be happy to see you in our Oxford head office on Tuesdays.
