Job Description
Job title: White Label Partnerships Lead
Salary: £95,000 - £125,000
Location: Nationwide (all our UK hub locations)
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: This is a home working role with national coverage all over the UK. You'll need to be prepared to travel regularly for face to face meetings, with a focus on firms in London/South East region. This will be discussed fully at interview stage.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you'll be responsible for managing a team to deliver high quality performance, promoting and securing business-to-business partnerships, utilising Embark’s technology on a white labelled basis. This will include investment platform solutions and Stocktrade, our ‘execution-only’ share dealing service.
Our white label function has been identified as an area capable of significant growth and will form a key role in achieving our market ambitions. Our strategy is evolving to match our ambition, and the function is expected to expand to ensure the right capability, capacity and functional processes are in place to deliver our stretching targets. You'll help further shape and drive the strategy along with the support structure.
About this opportunity:
Utilising your own industry connections and utilising relationships held within the Intermediary Distribution business and elsewhere within Lloyds Banking Group will be critical in this role. You and your team will be responsible for identifying and delivering profitable new partnership deals, whilst strengthening relationships with our existing white label partners. This role is responsible for developing and delivering the white label Distribution strategy, driving new business acquisitions, leading on all relationships with existing and new white labels and ensuring the White label B2B partnerships and contracts are performing how they should.

What you'll need:
  • A detailed understanding of financial advice, B2B & D2C investment and platform technology markets and key trends shaping the market.
  • Experienced in consultative selling and ability to lead and coach this methodology.
  • Experience of leading in a business development environment with front line experience of building and maintaining effective B2B relationships at senior management/board level
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to evaluate a range of information and metrics, identifying and prioritising subsequent appropriate actions.
  • A natural reflex to understanding the commercial activities between the partner and Lloyds Banking Group.
