Salary: £85,000 - £110,000
Location: Nationwide (all our UK hub locations)
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: This is a home working role with national coverage all over the UK. You'll need to be prepared to travel regularly for face to face meetings, with a focus on firms in London/South East region. This will be discussed fully at interview stage.
About the role:
Reporting to the White Label Partnerships Lead, you'll be responsible for, identifying and securing business-to-business partnerships, utilising Embark’s technology on a white labelled basis. This will include Embark’s investment platform solutions and Stocktrade, our ‘execution-only’ share dealing service.
Our white label function has been identified as an area capable of significant growth and will form a key role in achieving our market ambitions. Our strategy is evolving to match our ambition, and the function is expected to expand to ensure the right capability, capacity and functional processes are in place to deliver our stretching targets. You'll help further shape and drive the strategy along with the support structure.
About this opportunity:
Utilising your own industry connections and utilising relationships held within the Intermediary Distribution business and elsewhere within Lloyds Banking Group will be critical in this role. You'll be responsible for identifying and delivering profitable new partnership deals, ensuring contracting is undertaken on a robust and mutually beneficial basis. You'll lead new white label partnership relationships and exercises through to launch, ensuring governance processes are in place and a smooth handover to those who will manage the relationship on an ongoing basis.

  • Ability to demonstrate highly effective interpersonal and communication skills including persuasive, influencing, motivational and negotiation skills, at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate a range of information and metrics, identifying and prioritising subsequent appropriate actions.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently hand over client relationships to colleagues where required, without detriment to the level of commercial activity.
It would also be useful if you had...
