We are looking for an experienced Wellbeing Trainer to support with the day-to-day delivery of a range of training courses covering topics relating to employee wellbeing, mental health, domestic abuse, menopause and suicide prevention.

Reporting to the Director of wellbeing services, you’ll be working with our retail partners across the UK to deliver engaging training sessions and workshops covering a range of topics relating to employee wellbeing. You will assist with the ongoing development of the training curriculum, including developing and implementing new programmes, preparing training materials such as module summaries, videos and presentations and ensuring the consistency of training delivery.

Ultimately, you’ll play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of the training team, ensuring delivery of high quality, engaging and effective training is delivered by the Retail Trust.

What will ideally support your success in the wellbeing trainer role?

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Experience in the delivery of mental health and wellbeing training
  • Highly competent in training delivery skills and techniques
  • Experience of assessing training need and evaluation of the effectiveness of training.
  • Ability to analyse and research information to support the development of new training content.
