To implement elements of the NHS People Promise.
To roll out training for Wellbeing Conversations and Wellbeing Chapions across the Trust. To Recruit and support a team of up to 200 champions. To support teams struggling with wellbeing and identify initiatives to improve staff experience across Salisbury Hospital
