WELLBEING ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT

About the Role
Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will inspire and deliver an exceptional program of meaningful leisure and therapeutic activities that are person centred and which will improve the emotional, mental and physical wellbeing of the people who live in our home. You will always make sure that residents are at the heart of events and programs to enhance their wellbeing.
You will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported whilst focussing on how things could be done better and sharing ideas with the rest of the team and wider teams within the Home.
About You

Previous experience of working in a care environment is desirable.

Chocolate Works care Village is a beautiful care home in a fantastic location, within the heart of the local community. We offer residential and dementia care, as well as respite breaks.
