Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment?  We are looking for friendly, positive, and vibrant individuals to join our front-of-the-house teams.

In this face-to-face customer service role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering great customer service as a first point of contact, ensuring their needs are met.
• Meeting and greeting customers, pointing them in the right direction, creating a welcoming and fun environment, and helping them get the best experience in every visit.
• Responding to customers’ questions and enquiries in person, over the telephone, and by email in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Preparing and setting up our venues and equipment for events and customer use.
• Keeping everything clean, tidy, safe, and presentable.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with strong organizational skills and ability to the juggle multiple demands simultaneously.
• Great listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to convey information to a varied customer base.
• Decisive, fair, and consistent problem-solver, able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
