Weekend Train Station Cleaner
£9.50 per hour
Marylebone Station (NW1)
Part-Time Position
Permanent contract

We are currently looking for a Weekend Cleaner at Marylebone Train Station (NW1 6JJ).

Start time 6am - 2pm , Saturdays and Sundays only. (Unpaid break of 30 mins per shift).

Role Overview

Please note that different roles within our organisation offer different areas of responsibility. Your role may include (but it is not limited to): -

• Wash and sanitizes and fill consumables in male washrooms.
• Wash and sanitize the toilet bowels and sinks/ taps / clean mirrors / door handles / doors.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Refill cleaning consumables and soap in toilets and after shift.
• Report any faults to station managers and teamwork management.
• Emptying waste bins around the concourse.
• Remove liners from recycling cups stand and replace with new liner and damp wipe the stands.
• Litter pick around the platforms and concourse.
• Attending any spillages around the railway station.
• Touch point cleaning around the concourse ( COVID ) light switchers/ door handles /ticket machines.
• Sweep outside remove cigarettes and debris from flooring including carpark.
• Remove rubbish etc around the station windowsills.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous cleaning experience ideally from within a similar working environment.
• Have exceptional attention to detail.
• Be flexible to work outside of contracted hours when required.
• Have great customer service skills.
• Have an excellent can-do attitude.
• Possess a willingness to learn new things and progress when opportunities arise.
