Job description
John Moore Sports is a family-run specialist sports shop based in Bath. Our aim is to provide customers with an exceptional retail experience with the help of our outstanding level of customer service and we are currently looking for a part-time candidate to join our weekend team.
Main responsibilites include:
- greeting & serving customers
- responding to customer queries
- providing advice on sports equipment & footwear (full training provided)
- handling customer transactions
- tidying & restocking the shop floor
- handling deliveries & returns
- experience preferred, but not necessary
