About The Role
Joining the team for weekends, you’ll engage with customers to identify their needs before showing them around our displays and booking design appointments.
Main responsibilities:
- Proactively approach customers, offering assistance during their visit
- Build rapport with customers as you identify their needs and promote our kitchen collections, offers and best-selling appliances
- Engage with customers to ensure they book an appointment with one of the showroom’s Kitchen Sales Designers

About You
- Confident to approach and chat with a wide range of customers
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer service
- Enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Some retail sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential
