As part of a new and exciting time at The Wallace, we are looking to recruit a weekend receptionist to act as the face of the venue and be the first and last point of contact for all our guests.
The Wallace Collection is located in the heart of Manchester Square, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea daily within a stunning courtyard setting.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide the customer with an exemplary and motivating experience, and take pride in their work.
Main ResponsibilitiesAdministration experience is essential within this position, you will welcome and assist guests when they arrive for their dining experience at The Wallace in a friendly and professional way · To answer the phone with a polite and professional manner, taking bookings and answering queries in a timely manner · This is also a very hands on role and you will also assist the team in peak periods of the day, support with clearing and turning tables around may be required
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment, delivering high standards, with an excellent telephone manner, sound listening skills and a friendly and professional demeanor.

Gratuity is split with all the team, based on hours worked. Over the last 6 months, the minimum gratuity that the team received in a week was £2.23 per hour added to their wage.
Shifts are 10am-5pm and you will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays.
