Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Weekend Receptionist to join the busy team at our Lloyd BMW/MINI, Colne retailer.
Working in a busy retail showroom environment, the Receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers face to face in the showroom, communicating with customers over the telephone / via email and also some administrative duties.
The successful candidate must be professional, friendly, sociable, customer focused, organised and IT literate. You must also be immaculately presented and have exceptional customer service skills. Availability to cover on occasion in the week is desirable.
Hours: Saturday (8.30am-5.00pm) and Sunday (11.00am-4.00pm) Bank holidays also required.
Salary: Up to £11 per hour
