Job description
- Saturday & Sunday 3pm-12pm
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relations, promptly responding to customers by phone and email.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Monitor scheduled deliveries and advise customer of any changes or delays.
- Liaise effectively with drivers and traffic office employees.
- Perform general administration duties.
- Organise driver manifests.
- Assist with POD queries/issues.
Essential Criteria:
- GCSE English and Maths A* - C grade (or equivalent to).
- Confident communicator with a high level of both verbal and written English.
- Outstanding IT Literacy across all Microsoft Office packages.
- Good time management.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working Night shift will be seen as an advantage
