Weekend Customer Service Advisor
Pulse Nursing
Turnford, Hertfordshire - EN10 (office based)
Part Time, Permanent.
Available Shift Pattern:
Week 1: (15 Hours) Sat & Sun 7.5 hours each day between 6:00-22.00 with a 30 min unpaid break
Week 2: (15 Hours) Sat & Sun 7.5 hours each day between 6:00-22.00
£23,400 (Pro Rota) £12ph plus up to £100 monthly bonus.

Every day you will…
- Manage incoming calls and queries and offer a high level of customer service within each interaction
- Build relationships with clients and ensure you record full details of their vacancies
- Ensure candidates and clients are kept up-to-date with progress throughout the process
- Support with placing nurses into the relevant roles by matching the client and candidate needs
