The Britannia Nottingham is a 166-bedroomed hotel with facilities including an on-suite bar and restaurant, as well as 10 conference rooms catering for up to 350 delegates. We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide; we are looking for a Weekend Chef that will bring enthusiasm and excitement onto our kitchen team. As Weekend Chef, you will be required to: Have a proven history of culinary experience and have superb attention to detail. Ensure the highest possible standard of Food Production and presentation within the hotel adhering to menu specification and departmental ‘Standards of Performance’. Ensure Food Hygiene Regulations are adhered to and that departmental checklists and guidelines regarding Food production and storage etc, are updated, monitored, and actioned. Offer great customer service. Shift days are Saturdays and Sundays and you will be required to work a minimum 16 hours.
