Role: Website Project Manager / Programme Manager / Marketing Programme Manager (Fixed Term (5/6 months), Part Time (2 days a week)

This is a fixed term, part time assignment ideal for a seasoned project manager looking into an opportunity to throw themselves into a lively part time project in the tech space.

About the role:

The Website Project Manager - Digital Marketing reports to the Director of Programme and works alongside the Marketing Director and CXO, in partnership with many other key departments within disguise and external companies, and with other Project Managers in the Programme Team. The role will be focused on managing and delivering a number of digital marketing projects, including a brand new website launch, which spans across immersion, design, content, build and launch. The Programme Manager would be responsible for ensuring they are produced to the highest quality and within budget.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Project Manager able to bring clarity and direction and to keep project team members including 3rd part vendors on track. They will be a seasoned practitioner in delivering best-in-class customer experience through large scale Marketing projects. The Website Project Manager will contribute directly to our goal of becoming a recognised Global Technology Brand. You will be a confident self-starter with excellent communication skills and proven prior experience of successful end to end project management. You will need to be confident in communicating with our c-team, managing clients and customers, enforcing processes and raising issues.

What you will do:

  • Take active control of multiple key strategic marketing and customer experience projects including managing budgets, team, risks and outputs.
  • Facilitating and directing workshops to drive the website project delivery smoothly, on time and to budget.
  • Work to, and enforce correct project procedures, chasing of deliverables & other project documentation.
  • Stakeholder management internally at disguise and the lead role contact with our website agency, working closely with our Marketing Director to keep the project moving.
  • Clear progress reporting including dashboards co-ordinating across functions to provide visibility to a range of stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Make decisions within given tolerance.

About you:

Essential skills

  • Proven ability and demonstrable experience of delivering and managing large scale marketing projects, ideally including websites, concurrently, to budget, on time and to a high quality.
  • Proven ability in defining and managing deliverables with external partners and exceptionally high organisational capability to manage expectations.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills and ability to translate requirements and actions for stakeholders to drive progress and keep to defined timescales.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing/aligning stakeholders cross functionally.
  • Experience facilitating and directing workshops and capturing marketing processes.
  • Proactive, organised self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and ability to take the init
  • First class communication, analytical, problem solving and team management abilities.
  • Someone who is flexible, a doer, innovative and forward thinking.
  • Ability to present formally to senior staff.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Smartsheet and Asana
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Agile methodologies would be an advantage

  • Experience working with design agencies
  • Proven experience delivering projects using the Design Thinking framework
  • Experience delivering a branded website refresh/development programme
  • Experience of working in the creative and technology industries.
