We’re working with a leading global business, who are looking to add a Website and Digital Manager to their team.

Role

Reporting to the Senior Digital Manager, this is a technical role focused on delivering digital campaigns and ensuring the website is continuously optimised delivering outstanding user experience. The role will also take the lead on improving the technical capabilities of the website, implementing new developments and building out its core functionality. You’ll manage relationships with external digital partners and also lead on the integration of MarTech platforms with the website, working closely with the CRM and MarTech team. You’ll manage 3 Digital Executives and are the main point of contact for troubleshooting common BAU websites and MarTech queries raised from internal stakeholders across the globe.

You

You should have a strong technical background in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or similar, and have experience managing and delivering technical projects on a large scale. A solid depth of understanding of digital design and technology, digital marketing channels and the integration of these tools and functions. Knowledge of UX and CRO would be useful, and you should be experienced with managing junior colleagues. We’re looking for someone with an analytical mind, able to interpret and translate data into actional insight.
