Customer Service Advisor – Livechat
Salary £19,000
Hybrid Working – Manchester City Centre
Shifts Mon – Sat (Shifts between 8am – 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of excellent customer service by managing your own live chat conversations in a timely manner
- Work towards monthly KPI’s to meet targets
- Keep up to date with policies and products through system and email communications
- Data Entry
Criteria/requirements:
- Live chat experience desirable
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must be available for full time work (40 hours per week)
- You must have a quiet working space at home one in which you can conduct the role in a confidential manner due to the nature of the position.
