Mayborn Group, the parent company behind the renowned Tommee Tippee brand, is currently seeking a passionate and creative Junior Content Producer to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role will be based at our Global Headquarters located in Newcastle Upon Tyne and will be required to work in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
Tommee Tippee is powered by product innovation and every year we invent and release dozens of new products across the world, helping parents ride the rollercoaster ride of bringing up baby. Each of these products need the power of great content to engage mums and dads.
As a Jr Content Producer your role is pivotal in supporting the creation and curation of all the content needed to launch a global product with success.
You will support the full production of our Product Playbooks. Working within the global content team, you will be part of a group of product content producers managing the production of copy, photography, video and associated content for our new product launches.

What you will be doing:
Support the global business with the production of effective product playbooks that will successfully list, launch, and promote our product portfolio across our global markets.
Creative Brief Development
- Brief and research product content needs
- Copywrite product descriptions, key features and product aftercare information
- Support team with copy review and edits
- Develop creative brief – liaising with digital design and studio teams.
- Alongside Global Content Manager prepare for approval sessions with key stakeholders.
- Work with external freelancers and production teams accordingly
Creative Production
- Deliver consistent and clear project communication to keep all parties up to date with production cycle.
- Work alongside digital design and studio team on pre-production
- Where relevant attend photography and video shoots during production
- Alongside Global Content Manager sign off production stages.
Playbook Distribution
- Throughout the process manage the WIP Playbook
- Work alongside Content Assistant to upload relevant content to our systems.
- Collaborate with Regional Content Managers and Product Marketing Managers to share final playbooks.
- Work with website teams to ensure all product content available.
Other tasks
- Collaborate with Global Content Producer (brand) on relevant editorial content (Blog, social, email)
- Support global and regional ad-hoc content briefs and requests
- Support management of asset library and UGC
- Plus, any additional task relevant to the production of Global Content
What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:
- You’ll have excellent copy-writing skills and can write creatively, quickly and accurately.
- Sound marketing knowledge with an understanding of marketing and best practice.
- Creative thinking with a mind for good ideas, you’ll be able to write briefs to designers and creators.
- Project management skills.
- High level attention to detail.
- A self-starter by nature with a ‘grasp the nettle’ attitude (we won’t actually make you grasp a nettle though).
