Role: Social Content Producer
We manage a growing community of online ‘bingo players’ focused on the North American marketplace.
We’re searching for a ‘content generator’, someone who can create original, engaging and often times funny copy, image design and short video clips.
Using stock images/video footage, memes, player photos and forum posts you will mash up ideas from players/staff/promotional events and original content for video clips or simple pop-up images with text.
You’ll work independently to help bring our community to life through compelling images/copy and video.
We are seeking a team player who will play an integral part in every stage of the creative process, from conceptualization to final output, and who knows how to get stuff done.
This is a (6-12 month) contract with the potential to become a full-time permanent role.
Job Details:
- Create original video/images and also manage sourcing other creators to produce engaging video content (stock footage is our primary content source)
- Manage incoming video production requests working with the Senior Content and Creative Manager to prioritize asset creation
- Plan, script, storyboard and produce in-house videos or manage agency partners in the creation of video assets
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to understand our brand message, our product offerings and our customers’ needs (Content for Ad Management)
- Plan post-production schedules and perform video post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, editing, audio adjustment, colour correction and video transcoding
- Publish, organize and optimize and post on major social media platforms
- Monitor video analytics to measure the effectiveness of our video content and make data-driven recommendations for future video projects
- Manage social media content calendars on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Publish content across all major social media platforms and apply engagement analytics to each
Experience Requirements:
- Education. Training in Communications, Graphics, Radio/TV, Film, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field
- Experience. 3+ years of experience in art design graphics and video production and post-production processes, including corporate and promo video formats
- Creativity. Creative mindset and collaboration
- Storytelling. Ability to understand storytelling concepts and formats, structure & flow and identify target audiences (humor is key in our messaging)
- Production techniques. Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures with production techniques and standards
- Graphic Design. Experience with graphic design for basic ads/pop up messaging
- Experience in community management, social publishing tools, and social media marketing as a whole, and a complete understanding of what content works for each platform
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop, and an aptitude to learn new applications quickly including Adobe CC Suite related to video production (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition…)
- An understanding of basic video editing
- Familiarity with content management systems is an asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- You are empathetic, optimistic, confident, progressive
- Collaborative, versatile and able to work with multiple project teams simultaneously
- Able to manage and prioritize time and responsibilities
Work Location: Work remotely and report daily/weekly.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
