The Role

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be developing and enhancing applications based on or around the core TrackerRMS CRM/ATS SaaS platform. We immerse ourselves in most of today's leading edge technologies to deliver market leading software so this role requries both solid experience and a willingness to embrace this new technology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proposing, developing, coding, implementing, validating and documenting software solutions in accordance with the Company’s coding standards
  • Supporting timely and efficient products transfer from development to production
  • Providing customer support, investigating issues and implementing bug fixes
  • Improving, in collaboration with peers, the development of in-house processes and skills

The Candidate

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated developer with the following technical skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of a combination of the following languages and technologies:
  • Microsoft C# or VB .Net/Core/Standard MVC 5
  • Entity Framework
  • SQL Server/T-SQL Query Building
  • HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Bootstrap
  • Visual Studio and DevOps
  • Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture
  • APIs and web services
  • Working knowledge of Source Code Control systems and Bug Tracking Tools

Furthermore, the successful candidate is expected to have the following attributes:

  • Ability to manage time and work to deadlines
  • An interest in improving User Experience and development of User Interfaces
  • Ability to collaborate with others to achieve the project goals
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to product improvement using emerging technologies

Qualifications

A good degree or similar qualification/experience in computer science or a related subject is required. CRM and Recruitment experience is not essential but a background and interest in the subject area would be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
