The Role

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be developing and enhancing applications based on or around the core TrackerRMS CRM/ATS SaaS platform. We immerse ourselves in most of today's leading edge technologies to deliver market leading software so this role requries both solid experience and a willingness to embrace this new technology.

Responsibilities include:

Proposing, developing, coding, implementing, validating and documenting software solutions in accordance with the Company’s coding standards
Supporting timely and efficient products transfer from development to production
Providing customer support, investigating issues and implementing bug fixes
Improving, in collaboration with peers, the development of in-house processes and skills

The Candidate

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated developer with the following technical skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of a combination of the following languages and technologies:
Microsoft C# or VB .Net/Core/Standard MVC 5
Entity Framework
SQL Server/T-SQL Query Building
HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Bootstrap
Visual Studio and DevOps
Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture
APIs and web services
Working knowledge of Source Code Control systems and Bug Tracking Tools

Furthermore, the successful candidate is expected to have the following attributes:

Ability to manage time and work to deadlines
An interest in improving User Experience and development of User Interfaces
Ability to collaborate with others to achieve the project goals
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proactive approach to product improvement using emerging technologies

Qualifications

A good degree or similar qualification/experience in computer science or a related subject is required. CRM and Recruitment experience is not essential but a background and interest in the subject area would be advantageous.

Salary: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
