Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Web Developer with knowledge of Laravel, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to join our team. As a Junior Web Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting web projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level developer looking to grow their skills and gain valuable industry experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
3. Assist in the implementation of front-end designs, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
4. Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and resolving technical problems promptly.
6. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
7. Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
8. Assist in the testing and deployment of web applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Strong knowledge of PHP and its frameworks, specifically Laravel.
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
4. Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
5. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
6. Understanding of database systems and SQL queries.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.
8. A self-motivated and proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js or React.
2. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
3. Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
4. Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
