Description

This is a great opportunity to join a rurally based company in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside as a Web Design/ Developer Apprentice. You will be able to prove knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Vue as well as HTML and CSS. You will be able to prove skills in the named areas and an enthusiasm for the role.

Duties will include:

• The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
• Writing code in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as HTML, Tailwind CSS, PHP, JavaScript and Vue
• Web Design
• Deciding on the best technologies and languages for the project in hand
• Testing sites and applications in different browsers and environments
• Problem solving
• Fixing bugs in existing projects
• Testing new features thoroughly to ensure they perform the correct task in all cases

Entry requirements

Minimum of 4 X GCSE’S grace A-C including English and Maths

Training to be provided

Software Developer Level 4
