Well, you’re in luck! Cyan Solutions is looking to add a Graphic and Web Designer to our growing team.

This role will involve more than just web — there will also be opportunities to work on video, print, digital and branding projects; so we are looking for someone with a well-rounded skillset.
Work Environment
We are working from our office full-time, which is centrally located in Ottawa’s Chinatown neighbourhood. Our office is dog-friendly and located near some of Ottawa’s best food establishments.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Research and prepare sitemaps and provide input on site structure/style/approach
- Plan and develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for web projects
- Create assets for web based on prototype
- Demonstrable skills in managing time and priorities effectively
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Work with other designers and directors in the successful execution of client and internal projects
- Communicate with project leaders on timelines and deliverables
- Produce designs within brand guidelines of various clients
- Work on other design projects (print, digital, motion, video and branding, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills
- 4–5 years of design experience
- Experience in web design using Adobe XD and/or other prototyping tools
- Strong creativity and conceptualization skills
- Openness, initiative and positivity when approaching new challenges
- Ability to communicate with clients to present concepts and feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, production-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to estimate time required for work
- Excellent communication skills and team focused, receptive to feedback
- Demonstrable skills in managing time and priorities effectively
- Extensive knowledge of Mac environment and proficiency in use of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office
- Portfolio of experience and past projects
Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time role with a salary that will be based on level of experience.
Cyan Solutions also offers a benefits package.

Salary: $45,000.00-$57,743.00 per year
