About the role
As part of your role as a Wealth Management Graduate you will support advisers and other team members in serving existing clients by maintaining high standards in the delivery and implementation of financial planning advice.
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Preparing suitability reports.
- Collating (or completion of) application forms.
- Preparing summary of recommendations for processing team.
- Ensuring all recommendations meet with company standards.
- Assisting the support team and compliance department when required.
- Learning and maintaining a detailed understanding of firm centralised investment proposition and relevant internal procedures.
- Ensuring client records are maintained and information is correctly recorded on back-office system.
- Interpretating of data & data led decision making.
- Supporting in creation of marketing collateral.
- Supporting with internal process documentation and cataloguing.
- Supporting with compliance and Consumer duty.
- Supporting with continuous Improvement initiatives.

Qualification
We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.
We offer a range of different qualification pathways at Azets which are determined by the role you are applying for. The qualification that will be undertaken for this position will be the CII.
