Position: Wealth Administrator
Location: Leeds (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
As a Wealth Administrator, you will work collaboratively with Financial Planners and PAs to support with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure both their portfolios of private and corporate clients receive an exceptional level of service complying with FCA rules and regulations.
To be successful you’ll need to bring…
- Administration experience gained within Financial Services/IFA background (essential).
- Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards (desirable).
- Experience in using MS Dynamics 365 back office system (desirable).
- Good working knowledge in areas such as pensions, investments, and protection.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiar with provider websites and online systems.
- Well organised and possess excellent time management skills.
