Job Purpose.
To assist in the successful execution of FW equipment jobs and projects. Including surveying, servicing, installation etc. To provide exceptional customer service to our industrial and commercial customers. To support our existing customers and the broader Feedwater team with matters pertaining to engineering plant and equipment.
Areas of responsibility:
- To carry out engineering plant and equipment servicing, maintenance and support duties in line with company procedures.
- To carry out engineering plant and equipment installing, maintenance and commissioning.
- Engineering plant and equipment includes but is not limited to; water softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis, chemical dosing and control, chlorine dioxide.
- To deal with customer queries and ensure works are progressed to agreed expectations.
- To complete site log books to agreed specifications.
- To communicate any relevant findings to the appropriate team members.
- To assist with RAMS for plant/equipment tasks as and when required
- Quotation support with plant/equipment jobs.
- To assist consultants and clients in surveys as required.
- To ensure that all Feedwater admin processes, including site service reports, schedules, and time sheets, are completed, submitted, and communicated in a timely manner.
- To attend all courses, seminars and training sessions as deemed necessary.
- To ensure all Health and Safety procedures and administration processes are adhered to.
- To complete reports on the company systems to a high standard at all times and completed on time.
- To carry out pre-work risk assessments to a high standard and ensure all paperwork is correct.
- To maintain all equipment provided to the necessary requirements to undertake appropriate standards of service.
- To be presentable and work in a professional manner at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
