We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Remote Osmio Team Member to join our team at www.osmiowater.co.uk. As a member of our remote customer care team, you will be responsible for handling incoming emails and phone calls from customers, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, and offering advice on water-related problems and objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of water and health, as our primary goal is to provide solutions for water-related issues in homes and workplaces. Many of of customers are driven to pure water, hydrogen water and hydroxy gas inhalation due to dealing with chronic health problems. So the role requires an understanding of a holistic health approach and the ideal candidate would be one who practices natural health, through mind, body and spiritual practice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate guidance.
- Offer pre-sales support by answering customer questions and providing information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with post-sales queries, such as troubleshooting, warranty claims, and product returns.
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions based on customers' needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, resolve complex issues, and escalate customer concerns if required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and water-related health topics to effectively address customer concerns.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding common customer issues, suggestions for improvement, and potential opportunities for product development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers via email and phone.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of water and health-related topics, including water purification systems, filtration methods, and the impact of water on human health.
- Empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and understanding.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment, while maintaining a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with email platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of customer inquiries during peak periods.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement to stay updated on the latest advancements in water technology and customer service practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the water treatment or health industry.
- Knowledge of different water treatment methods, such as reverse osmosis, UV sterilization, and carbon filtration.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and certifications related to water treatment systems.
