£25,000 per annum

Your Role

At Rygor Commercials, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our Gloucester Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle branch, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.


Day to day, you will be:

  • Retail invoicing.
  • Warranty invoicing/claim processing
  • General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost effective.
  • Assist with sending out quotations for works on customer vehicles.
  • Follow up on any outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices associated works are approved.
  • General administrative support for the service team to include post distribution, monitor stationery stock and arranging for supplies when necessary.
  • Point of contact for general enquiries with our customers in the admin office.


This role will be a great fit for you if:

  • You have previous working experience as a Warranty Administrator within the automotive industry.
  • You are computer literate and confident using technology
  • Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
