Job description

We are looking for a permanent Picker and Packer to join our team at our Warehouse in Somerset.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm (Hours may increase at peak times or as the business grows)

The Role:

• You will be required to pick orders in an accurate and time efficient manner.
• Have a good attention to detail, ensuring items and work is completed with minimal errors
• Packing of picked items ready for dispatch and ensuring labels are printed and addressed to the correct items.
• Unloading deliveries, to include quality checking and counting
• Replenishing warehouse and maintaining a clean and safe work place
• Stock management including periodic stock take
• Responsible for the ordering of, stationery, packaging materials and labels
• You must adhere to all aspects of health and safety and company guidelines

About You:

• You will need to have a good understanding of written and spoken English and be able to work with computers.
• Enthusiastic and energetic as the role can be physically demanding at times.
• No experience necessary as full training will be given

The successful candidate must be able to get to our warehouse currently situated in the village of Hemington. We are due to relocate to a business park on the outskirts of the village of Rode within the next 12 months and you must be willing to relocate to our new facility.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
