Job description
WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE REQUIRED TO COVER SICKNESS.
3 MONTHS WORK .
08;00AM TO 17;00PM.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
MIGHT BE ODD SATURDAY MORNING.
This role is for the Warehouse Operations Assistant.
General Warehouse duties to include: Goods Inwards - Unpacking and identifying goods against a purchase order, booking in and updating computer records.
Locating and moving product to stock location.
Despatch: Identifying & picking of stock product to picking & delivery notes.
Packing boxes and pallets and booking for despatch with transport companies using their web portals.
General warehouse tasks - stock location and movement of product as required. House keeping tasks to ensure clean safe environment is maintained.
Computer literate for using ALL systems.
All training for products and systems will be provided.
Note this is a physical role so candidate should be physically fit and healthy.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: £10.72 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fareham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
