Robert Lee Distribution Limited is the largest independent distributor of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products, supplying to retailers in the UK. We're looking for enthusiastic, team-players to join our busy, well-established, Warehouse Team in Swindon.

As Nights Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a part of a small dynamic, responsive team that is driving real change at ground level. You will have a key role in supporting warehouse and logistics team to ensure all deliveries go out accurately and in a timely manner.

The ideal person:

• is able to work under pressure in a time-constrained environment to achieve strict KPI’s
• Excellent teamwork skills

Key activities and responsibilities:

• ensuring orders are prepared on time and with quality and that our general warehouse operations run smoothly
• warehouse duties, such as picking – packing, receiving, putaway, loading our internal fleet of vehicles and third-party carriers to meet the needs of our trade customers
• moving and rearranging stock, either by hand or with heavy lifting equipment
• use the electronic hand held scanners and labellers
• maintaining good housekeeping throughout the site
• FLT driving (replenishment, loading our internal fleet of vehicles and third party carriers)
• Moving/rearranging vehicles in the yard

Experience and education:

• Warehouse - 1 year
• MHE Counterbalance (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence Required
• GCSE or equivalent
• English (required)

Shift pattern

• Sunday – Thursday, 21:00 – 06:30 (including 1 hour unpaid break)
• 42.5 Hrs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00 per hour
