Warehouse Operative
Location: Waltham Cross

Our Warehouse Operatives work a range of shifts to make sure our customers receive the right stock, when they need it. We rely on every single employee in the warehouse to roll up their sleeves and get the job done .

key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Willingness to work with all different types of stock, in temperature-controlled areas (3°c - 5°c)
- Pick a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items
- Manual handling is involved within this role. Picking up Products weighing up to 25kg (Full Training will be given)
- To report any shorts or damaged products
- To pick products as informed as a substitute to meet customer orders.
- To assemble products as informed as a substitute to meet customers’ orders.
- To assemble the products on the pallet in a safe manner, avoiding compression and damage whilst building up the pallet correctly
- Work as trained whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of the team in a fast pace environment.
- Contributing to providing an efficient, friendly service always to create and maintain a customer focused environment and ensure that all queries are dealt with efficiently and politely.
