Job description
Production Operative
7am-7:30pm (3x15min breaks, 25 mins for lunch) 1 week on, 1 week off. Rota is Thursday-Wednesday with Sunday off.
Pay Rate: £10.90PH increasing to £11.50PH once permanent

Day to Day Duties:
As a Production Operative your day to day duties will revolve around:
- Working in the clean room picking and packaging
- Ensuring that accurate product quantities are packaged into the boxes
- Hit daily targets set out by client
- No heavy lifting involved
- Quality checking
Essential Skills
As a Production Operative you will possess the following skills:
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Physically fit to be on feet all day
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team Player
Desirable Experience
- Good knowledge of the Bromsgrove area
- Own transport is preferable
What training is provided?
- Ongoing training will be provided by client, Health & Safety covered in first week.
