We are looking to welcome part time Warehouse Operative's to join our fantastic & ever-growing Replenishment and Good Receiving teams.
In the IKEA world, we call this position Goods Flow Co-worker.
Expected Starting Date: 5th August 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
For these roles the start time will be between 10pm - 4am a full discussion around availability will be taken at interview. As there is limited public transport to the store during these hours we ask that you consider what your travel arrangements would look like before applying for the role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the logistics team in a store, you will have the customers at heart. Your daily duties will be receiving stock. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
We are looking for someone who has good IT skills & a customer service mindset. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too.

- £10.90 basic hourly rate, £2.25 per hour nightshift allowance between 10pm - 6am
- Living Wage Foundation Employer
- Part time - 24 hours per week working 4 days over 7 including nightshift/early morning starts and alternate weekends.
- Part time - 20 hours per week working 4 days over 7 including nightshift/early morning starts and alternate weekends.

- This could be an opportunity to start a journey of growth and development within IKEA as within this role there may be the opportunity to undertake Fork Lift Driver training. Which offers £1.50 per hour.
