We are looking for an enthusiastic Yard Operative to join our busy team at Haldane Fisher Garstang!
As a Yard Operative, your role will have a strong focus on building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
A working knowledge of building materials and timber products is highly desirable for this position, preferably from within a merchant environment.
- Assisting customers
- Picking and checking orders to meet customer requirements
- Off-loading and loading customer and company vehicles
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
Requirements of the Yard Operative:
- Attention to detail
- Good accuracy and organisational skills
- Competence in using a fork lift (Including front & side loader)
- Ability to work to target
- Able to work as part of a team

- Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm
- Alternate Saturdays mornings 8.00am - 12.00pm
