Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Warehouse Operatives for a company based in Speke area.
We’re recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work in a busy and rapidly growing Distribution Centre in Speke area!
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, modern and well-established Distribution Centre with great facilities and progression opportunities.
The position is ongoing and could led to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Location: Speke, Merseyside
Available shifts:
- Days- Monday to Friday, Rotating 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
- Nights -Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am
- Weekend shifts also available- Saturday and Sunday 6am to 6pm/6pm to 6am
Duties will include:
- Unloading containers
- Handballing/Manual Handling
- Packing of boxes on to pallets
- Shrink wrapping pallets
- Reworking/Labelling
- Keeping a clean and tidy warehouse
- Assisting management with any other tasks
- Follow instructions and adhere to health and safety rules onsite
- Working efficiently and effectively part of a team
- You may also be trained up on other roles such as picking and packing
- General warehouse duties
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided onsite.
Rate of pay:
- Days - £11.00 per hour
- Nights- £11.97 per hour
- Weekend Days-£11.50 per hour
- Weekend Nights-£12.50 per hour
