ROLE: Warehouse Operations Manager
CONTRACT: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract - 12 month
SALARY: Up to £50,000, plus excellent benefits
BASE: On Site - Eurocell Head Office and Distribution Centre and Eurocell Garnham Close Site (both within a c5 mile radius)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Warehouse Team as a Warehouse Operations Manager, based at our new, industry leading, Head Office and Distribution Centre in South Normanton (just off J28, M1). This is a key role within our Operations and Fullfilment functions, and will be reporting to, and working closely alongside the General Manager. The role will be split across two of our sites, with responsibility for a head count in excess of 100 colleagues. This is a full time role, for a period of 12 months, to cover an internal secondment.
WHAT OUR WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGERS DO:
- Drive a culture of Health and Safety, Environment, and Quality standards
- Lead the delivery of agreed business objectives and KPI's
- Apply continuous Improvement activity
- Identify and deliver cost reduction and process efficiencies
- Manage, coach, and develop Shift Management and operational colleagues
- Accountable for all agreed business objectives, KPI’s and cost control
- Responsible for c400,000sqft warehouse space
- Assist with day to day operations
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGERS:
- Previous experience managing and developing Team Leaders
- Demonstrable experience of delivering Business Change / Process Improvements
- Solid and credible communication for all levels across our business
- Experience of driving and delivering KPI’s
- Experienced in managing Multi Site Operations
- Computer literacy, with experience using MS Excel
- Previous SAP experience could be a distinct advantage
