Careermakers are working with a leading provider of parcel delivery services, committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates at our Lincoln facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming parcels and packages
- Scan, label, and organize parcels for delivery
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Prepare parcels for dispatch and load them onto delivery vehicles
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parcels and packages
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs

Friday- Monday
11:45- 07:45
Pay
£10.42 per hour or £11.68 with Holiday pay
